Spring Garden Apartments Location and Building Features
Spring Garden Apartments is located at the corner of Spring Garden and Aycock Streets. It offers easy access to many restaurants and drug stores, as well as the Kaplan Center. Residents have access to a beautiful, landscaped courtyard with seating area and four-bedroom apartments within.
Residents will find a vaulted lobby below a walkway which leads to a large, fully-equipped conference room. Each floor has quiet study areas.
A four-bedroom apartment with four bedrooms measures 1195 sq. Two bedroom apartments typically have 685 sq. 685 sq. Each unit has one bedroom and a full kitchen with an oven, stove microwave, full-sized fridge, dishwasher and counter with bar stool. A single bedroom measures 142 square feet. The average electrician lighting single bedroom measures 142 sq. ft.
Each apartment comes with a large living area that includes a sofa, end table, and entertainment center. There are also two bathrooms to share between four residents. The lobby has parking and the second floor houses laundry facilities that provide free washers or dryers.
